Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will verify the accuracy of invoice processing, assist in updating and maintaining the vendor database, and help manage purchase order entry maintenance. You will also maintain accounts payable files, provide exceptional customer service, and support vendor relationships. Occasionally, you may be involved in accounts receivable email collection work and provide phone support and filing backup.

Responsibilities :

• Verify accurate processing of all invoices.
• Assist in updating and maintaining the vendor database.
• Process and follow up on items as needed.
• Maintain accounts payable files.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain vendor relationships.
• Conduct accounts receivable email collection work as required.
• Help manage purchase order entry maintenance.
• Verify item entry and maintenance.
• Manage inventory pricing and maintenance.
• Provide credit references.
• Provide phone support and filing backup.
• Process accounts receivable deposits and manage accounts receivable entries and backup.
