What will you do

A day in the life of a Merchandising Manager Apparel at Vans looks a little like this.

The Merchandising Manager for Apparel will lead the execution of seasonal product strategies ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives. This role acts as a key consumer advocate refining assortments based on market trends and insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product creation and go-to-market strategies while analyzing business performance to optimize sales and margins. Additionally you will mentor Associate and Assistant Merchandisers to ensure smooth execution of merchandising deliverables.

Drive the execution of the seasonal product strategy ensuring alignment with global and regional business objectives

Act as a key consumer advocate leveraging insights and market trends to refine assortments and influence product decisions.

Manage seasonal line plans ensuring a balanced assortment that meets financial targets while maintaining brand consistency.

Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Design Development Planning Marketing and Sales) to drive product creation commercialization and go-to-market strategies.

Analyze business performance identifying opportunities for optimization and recommending in-season actions to drive sales and margin.

Mentor and guide Associate and Assistant Merchandisers fostering skill development and ensuring smooth execution of merchandising deliverables.

Hiring Range :

$99360.00 USD - $124200.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan sales incentive orcommissionpotential.
