Shifts : Monday-Friday (9 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm)

Setting : Outpatient clinic

Job Description :

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric therapy team in Conyers, GA. The SLP will provide evaluation and treatment services to children with speech, language, communication, and feeding / swallowing disorders in an engaging and supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and feeding evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs.
• Provide direct therapy for children with articulation disorders, expressive / receptive language delays, fluency disorders, voice issues, pragmatic language challenges, and other communication needs.
• Treat pediatric patients with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, sensory-processing disorders, and medically complex conditions (as applicable).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other therapy team members (OT / PT / BCBA) to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate families on home programs and strategies to support continued progress.
• Participate in team meetings, staff trainings, and continuing education activities.
