Salary $60,000 to $95,000 per Year depending on Experience, Plus Bonus Structure Job Responsibilities of the Home Care Community Liaison / Marketing Specialist :

  • Bring workable patient referrals to the agency
  • Develop new referral sources in the community
  • Strengthen relationships with new and existing referral sources - daily visits to organizations, physician offices, hospitals, assisted livings facilities and adult day care to educate and inform referral sources and patients of home health options
  • Pre-plan weekly marketing activities and follow-through
  • Event coordination and community liaison - participate in health fairs, awareness days, etc.

Job Qualifications of the Home Care Community Liaison / Marketing Specialist :

  • Prior experience in Home Health Care is recommended, but we will train the right individual
  • Knowledge and understanding of Medicaid / Medicare guidelines and MLTCs is a plus
