Facilities Operations Administrative Assistantat Marsden South

Shift : Monday to Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm

Hourly Rate : $23.49

Location : Irving TX.

Requirements :

  • Youmustbe 18 years old
  • A valid drivers license will be required for most of current openings
  • A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required
  • High School diploma orgeneral education degree (GED)
  • Prefer experience working with a diverse population
  • Bilingual or multilingual with proficiency in English and one or more other languages.
  • 2-3years of Administrative Assistant experiencein a commercial cleaning or similar environment

Job Duties :

The primary duties of an Administrative Assistant focus onproviding support to others. Their responsibilities can vary significantly notonly from one position to another but also from day to day in the same role. Onany given day they may undertake a range of tasks including :

  • Answer phones and greet clients and employees
  • Utilize strong computer skills with PowerPoint Excel Outlook and other Microsoft Office application
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Demonstrate forward-thinking and proactive problem-solving
  • Organize and coordinate staff meetings eventsandmployee engagement activities
  • Support and assist operations managers supervisors Human Resources and staff
  • Conduct interviews and collaborate with the Recruiter and Human Resources
  • Assist with onboarding new employees (e.g. setting up accounts scheduling training helping prospects with the onboarding process following up with candidates etc.)
  • Support staff communications and company announcements
  • Prepare communications such as memos emails invoices reports and other correspondence
  • Maintain attendance records track time and vacation and assist with payroll duties
  • Manage the badging process
  • Communicate with clients and vendors
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Responsibilities may evolve and additional tasks may be assigned to support team and company needs.
