JOB DESCRIPTION - ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER (APP) Per Diem - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Cardiology - Inspira Mullica Hill, NJ

Assume responsibility as the advanced practice provider within the scope of practice as defined by the state working within a clinical specialty. In consultation with other members of the health care team, strengthens nursing practice and promotes positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of patients, staff and patient education, and research. Serve as a significant member of the multidisciplinary health care team in the inpatient, outpatient and community settings.

Education Requirements

Master's Degree - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required, current NJ Advanced Practice Nursing (APN) or Physician Assistant License

License / Certification Requirements

Board certification Nurse Practitioner or Board certification as Physician Assistant; Active New Jersey License; American Heart Association ACLS / BLS and CDS / DEA
