Key Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
- Accurately document care activities and follow individualized care plans.
