What You Will Do

• Establishes the physical layout of machinery and the most efficient and optimized sequence of operations and work flow.
• Production / Manufacturing Capacity Analysis / Planning
• Plans the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings.
• Plans the allocation of resources, materials and personnel to establish maximum utilization of equipment.
• Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 118,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
