Security Guard

We are seeking a motivated, qualified individual to join our company as a Security Guard who will monitor and oversee the incoming and outgoing activity of employees, customers, and guests at our plant, ensuring a safe and secure environment. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable guidelines, Company safety procedures, and OSHA regulations.

Work Schedule

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor and observe the activity of employees, customers, and guests within the plant premises to ensure compliance with security and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify and address potential security risks or breaches.
• Control access to the plant by verifying credentials and maintaining detailed records of visitors, deliveries, and contractors.
• Operate surveillance systems, including CCTV, to detect and report any suspicious behavior or incidents.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies, including coordinating with law enforcement or emergency personnel if necessary.
• Perform inspections of entry points, exits, and restricted areas to ensure they are properly secured.
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety, security, and visitor conduct.
• Prepare detailed incident reports for any security or safety issues encountered during the shift.
• ssist employees, customers, and guests with directions, general inquiries, or emergencies as needed.
• Participate in regular safety and security training to stay updated on best practices and company standards.
