Engagement Specialist

A company is looking for an Engagement Specialist - Sales / Customer Service Rep (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Educate clients about career transition services and connect them to appropriate resources

Provide timely follow-up to client inquiries and manage expectations regarding next steps

Meet established engagement KPI metrics and accurately document engagement efforts

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior sales and customer service experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs

Home office setup that is noise and distraction-free

Internet with a wired Ethernet connection to PC / Laptop
