A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer, Provider.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design for clinical review infrastructure, provider feedback systems, and coding accuracy tools
Translate regulatory requirements into human-centered experiences for multiple audiences
Develop reusable patterns for complex workflows and mentor other designers
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a product designer, particularly in operational tools or regulated workflows
Proven track record of shipping products that balance user needs and regulatory obligations
Strong visual and interaction design skills
Ability to thrive in complexity and ambiguity, with effective problem clarification
Commitment to the mission of improving access to healthcare
