[job_card.job_description]Build workflows for monthly revenue forecasts and review revenue pipelines. Update and create templates to enhance efficiency. Ensure visual and functional clarity in all templates and reporting materials. SAP (preferred). Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. 5-8 years of experience in FP&A or related roles (Senior Financial Analyst, Assistant Controller, or Controller experience preferred). Advanced Excel skills (required). Manufacturing experience (plus). Experience with large, global companies (plus). Business casual dress code (jeans permitted). Collaborative and approachable leadership team. Opportunity to shape and develop new processes in a dynamic environment.
Job Opportunity : Business Unit Controller (FP&A)
Location : Grand Rapids, MI (Downtown)
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
Work Arrangement : Hybrid (3 days onsite : Monday-Wednesday)
Compensation : $110,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience

Our client, a global company headquartered in Europe, is a manufacturing organization across industries such as automotive and consumer electronics. Locally, they employ 450 team members across two locations (downtown Grand Rapids and Sparta). The company culture is evolving, offering a casual and accessible environment with leadership support. While processes are still being developed, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing team.

Reporting & Analysis :
Maintain and create financial statements.
- Analyze SAP and accounting transactions.
- Combine sales and operations data to build dashboards and reports.
Template Standardization :
Develop standardized processes and templates for BU heads.
Data Visualization :
Design polished, professional dashboards and reports.
