Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and host onsite customer engagements, ensuring a seamless experience
Manage logistics for customer meetings, including room setup and post-event data reporting
Act as the primary contact for sales teams, providing guidance and support throughout the briefing lifecycle
Required Qualifications
3 - 8 years of relevant experience in event or corporate meeting project management
Functional project management experience
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Must be available onsite up to 5 days a week
