[job_card.job_description]Evaluate, develop and manage systems level requirements to include analyzing requirements for appropriate decomposition, allocation, and traceability and document the results Development and review of technical documentation (requirements, designs, test procedures, presentations, etc.) Participating in review boards, status meetings, and coordinate with internal / external agencies and customers. The candidate will work within an integrated government / contractor team Working at the customer's site with government personnel to ensure program success Experience with various fixed and rotary wing platforms Electronic Warfare knowledge and experience with understanding of threat systems, mission analysis, and Concept of Operations Effective interface with senior-level leaders, end users, analysis and other contractor & customer personnel in a diverse team setting Be able to work independently, determine & develop approach to solutions Ability to write clear, concise documentation
Overview
BAI, a defense contractor, is seeking a software developer for electronic warfare software tools for our expanding workforce supporting current and evolving work within the Multi-Spectral Defensive Electromagnetic Warfare System Support Activity (MDEWSS), at Point Mugu Naval Base in Camarillo, CA. Salary
The typical annual salary range for this position is $95,000 USD to $125,000 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and validate national Intelligence data in support of fixed and rotary wing platforms
Develop analyst training and reference material
Qualifications
Education
4-7 years of experience in a military ELINT analyst billet required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering desired
Clearance Secret / TS preferred
Condition of employment – The applicant must have and maintain an active DoD Secret Security Clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Citizenship
Must have a US citizenship at time of application.
