Truck Dispatcher

Larkin Express is a growing and fast-paced logistics company dedicated to delivering reliable transportation solutions. We’re seeking a motivated and organized Trucking Dispatcher to join our team and help manage daily operations and customer relationships for our dedicated operation.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 15–20 drivers to ensure efficient and on-time deliveries.
• Work with our customer to Dispatch 15 trucks daily while coordinating schedules, routes, and load assignments.
• Account management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, resolve issues promptly, and ensure service expectations are met.
• Provide high-level customer service by communicating proactively with shippers, receivers, and clients.
• Respond to real-time changes, delays, or emergencies with urgency and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and deliveries
• Bill customers accurately and timely, ensuring all load and rate details are correctly documented and invoiced.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation (preferred).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and ELD systems (preferred).
• Proficiency with ELD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
