Experience Required
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
4+ years of personal golf experience (Required) (5HCP or better)
1+ years of coaching/instruction experience (Preferred)
Golf Instructor Certification or PGA experience not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Energetic, enthusiastic, and client-focused personality
Highly organized and reliable under pressure
Passionate about coaching, learning, and helping others grow
Tech-friendly and comfortable managing your schedule in MINDBODY
Essential Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Conduct in-depth client assessments, exploring history, goals, and swing mechanics
Develop customized development programs rooted in UGP’s coaching philosophy
Lead 1-on-1 coaching sessions that are purposeful, technical, and inspiring
Collaborate with Fitness and Recovery teams to support holistic client progress
Deliver five-star customer service by anticipating and exceeding client expectations
Give high-quality tours and confidently convert leads into committed clients
Complete administrative tasks including session notes, client communication, and schedule management
Maintain a professional, polished appearance that reflects the UGP brand
Report to the Head Coach weekly with performance metrics and client progress
Schedule
8-hour shifts
Day and evening availability
Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed
