About the Role
Superior Contracting & Maintenance is hiring full-time hourly 1099 residential maintenance technicians to support our expanding Home Ease line of business. This role is perfect for professionals seeking reliable, year-round work with consistent workflow and strong organizational support.
You’ll handle residential maintenance and small project tasks including drywall repair, repipe assistance, fixture installs, carpentry, troubleshooting, and general repair scopes .
