This pivotal role is designed for an enthusiastic leader who is committed to nurturing the spiritual growth and development of children and youth within a gospel-centered church community. The Next Generation Pastor / Minister will provide vision and leadership for all of the ministries for children and youth as the church seeks to help them take the next step towards Christ. You will also be responsible for developing the curriculum and programs, nurturing volunteer leaders and maintaining good parent relationships.

The ideal candidate will have strong teaching, leadership, and disciple-making skills, and the ability to plan engaging events and build effective volunteer teams.
