In this role, you'll oversee daily planning and replenishment across multiple product lines ensuring production, purchasing, and inventory strategies are tightly aligned with customer needs. You'll manage and mentor a small team of planners, build strong relationships with internal partners and co-packers, and play a critical part in keeping the supply chain running efficiently and profitably.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end supply chain planning for multiple business segments, maintaining optimal inventory levels and consistent service performance.
• Oversee daily production schedules, purchase orders, and ERP accuracy to meet customer and company goals.
• Analyze forecast vs. actual demand, identify outliers, and adjust plans in collaboration with sales and logistics.
• Track inventory health, address potential shortages or excess stock, and drive proactive solutions.
• Lead supplier and co-packer communications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth execution from production through delivery.
• Mentor and develop a small team of planners, encouraging accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Implement best practices in planning, forecasting, and data management to enhance supply reliability and efficiency.
• Report key performance metrics including service levels, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy to senior leadership.
