Job Title : Digital Pricing Product Manager Location : Richfield, MN - Hybrid Duration : 6+ Months with potential extensions Job Description : Tell us about your department : The candidate will be a part of the pricing team, which is responsible for pricing services, price experience, and deals experience. This position specifically is for the price experience team, which covers the end-to-end experience of how our pricing and offers are displayed to customers throughout our digital experiences. Project Description : This product manager will ideate and drive new capabilities in the price experience space. They will partner with existing product managers and product development team on a day-to-day basis to drive these new capabilities to completion. Position Summary / Job Description : This candidate specifically will work on the price experience team, which covers the end-to-end experience of how our pricing and offers are displayed to customers throughout our digital experiences. Setting well defined OKRs and develop product strategy aligned to desired outcomes Prioritize user value in problem solving, developing plans to address unknowns, and driving impact through collaboration and ongoing iteration Use OKRs to inform sprints, prioritizing backlogs proactively, and basing roadmaps on sequences of problems Applying agile practices, discovery, assumption validation, and analytics in all sprints, leveraging the right tools to deliver and track value Leveraging user insights, business strategy, market trends, and performance data to guide product decisions Inspire teams and drive action through clear communication, cross-functional collaboration, and engagement in decision making Incorporate understanding of scalability implications, Best Buy’s tech architecture and tools, broader tech trends, and tech debt reduction needs in product work Generate buy-in from stakeholders and manage product lifecycles Skills Overview : What are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to perform this job? 5 or more years of experience in product management 3 year relevant experience in strategy creation, customer focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications or Related Attention to Detail Drives Results Good Communications skills Experience Managing the life cycle of Product features Familiarity with Ecommerce technology platforms Experience with making data driven product decisions on a daily basis Management and creation of roadmaps
