Accounts Receivable Supervisor – Healthcare / DME

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor with a strong healthcare billing background, including DME, A / R follow-up, and first-level denials. This role supports billing accuracy, collections, posting, and team leadership within our revenue cycle group.

What You’ll Do

Lead and support an A / R team (hiring, training, metrics, performance)

Oversee medical billing, collections, and payment posting (EOB, EFT, ACH, checks)

Manage claim denials, appeals, audits, and re-billing

Ensure compliance with Medicare and payer guidelines

Collaborate with intake, sales, and operations to improve processes

What We’re Looking For

Healthcare billing + DME experience required

3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience

Strong A / R follow-up and first-level denial resolution

Knowledge of Medicare, commercial payers, and reimbursement processes

Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative

Compensation : $60,000 per year
