HVAC / Mechanical / Plumbing Superintendent

We are commercial construction projects. You’ll lead field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards .

What You’ll Do

• Manage plumbing, piping, sheet metal, and insulation projects ($2M–$8M+).
• Supervise and motivate crews of up to 40 across multiple jobsites.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct audits / meetings.
• Complete electronic reports, schedules, and as-builts.
• Represent company in jobsite meetings and maintain strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience running commercial hvac / plumbing / mechanical projects.

Proven success managing teams and large-scale jobs.

OSHA 30-hour certification required; master trade license preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read blueprints / schematics and plan ahead.

Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs. and work at heights.

Must pass background check, drug screen, MVR check, and physical ability test.

Willing to travel as needed.
