Compensation : $480,000 - $600,000+ annually (production-based)

Your income is in your control. The practice averages 900-1,300 units per month per CRNA with flexible time off, or higher production for those working fuller schedules. Additional call compensation includes $500 weekday and $900 weekend stipends, plus standard per-unit pay for all call cases, adding approximately $24,000-$43,000 annually.

The 1 : 7 call rotation means approximately four call shifts monthly with guaranteed post-call days off. The Practice

You'll administer anesthesia independently across diverse surgical specialties including vascular, obstetrics, pediatrics, neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedics, and gastroenterology. The established practice maintains consistent high volume with no slow periods, providing financial stability and continuous professional development opportunities. Qualifications

Current CRNA certification, active California RN license, and DEA license (or ability to obtain) required. Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently with diverse case types essential. As a 1099 contractor, you're responsible for malpractice insurance, health insurance, and self-employment taxes, with significant tax deduction benefits including home office, mileage, and business expenses.
