Pricing Operations Role at Cardinal Health
Pricing Operations contributes significantly to Cardinal Health by operationalizing customer, manufacturer, and group purchasing contracts. The Implementation Team within Medical Pricing Services is responsible for customer contract administration, as well as administering and reviewing pricing initiatives. This team researches and solves contract and eligibility issues while onboarding new Cardinal Health distribution customers and assists customers with Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) transitions. They act as a liaison with internal and external key stakeholders.
Responsibilities include :
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to align pricing with customers, onboarding, GPO transfers or disengages from Cardinal
- Managing customer relationships throughout the pricing and contract implementation processes
- Communicating updates and resolutions to stakeholders
- Managing case plans, resources, and commitments to the customer
