We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Field Supervisor! You will supervise Home Energy Analysis Technicians, providing motivation and direction on activities, behaviors, and performance, aligned with organization goals, values, and norms. Your scope of work will include identifying and analyzing problems, monitoring team budget and resource allocations to ensure proper use of assets, reporting to management and program(s) on team accomplishments, and developing long-range financial and nonfinancial objectives and strategic plans identifying internal and external issues that could affect growth and profitability. You may also provide internal and external presentations on program offerings and savings acquisition initiatives. • Develop training manuals and train staff based upon reviewing quality of work.
• Travel throughout a defined territory. Act as local on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.
• Provide input and status updates to program staff. Oversee budget. Coordinate with training on certifications for employees based upon program guidelines.
• Work with the Dispatch Team to create route plans within our available labor.
• Work in the field as needed.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs for damaged caused while installing measures.

Education and Experience :

Target Salary : $70,000.00

Compensation Range $68,300.00 - $102,500.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data / ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD / technology), for example. Sponsorship is not available for this position at this time. Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
