Key Responsibilities

Represents insured individuals and the company in bodily injury and property damage lawsuits

Prepares for and conducts hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions

Offers legal counsel to business clients and manages project coordination among legal teams

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar

4+ years of proven experience in legal practice
