Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes). Experience with conversational analytics and performance optimization.

Must Have : Agentic AI Engineer
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, preferably with Google Cloud Platform.
- Hand-on knowledge using Gen AI
- Deep understanding of Contact Center AI Services (CCAS)and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Experience with webhooks, RESTful APIs, and backend services integration.
- Familiarity with GCP services such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub / Sub, Big Query, and IAM.
- Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and API development.Knowledge of Agentic AI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
