Job Description:
We Are Seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support infrastructure project planning, coordination, and technical oversight related to large-scale utility and capital improvement initiatives. This role focuses on managing complex projects, ensuring technical standards are met, supporting infrastructure reliability, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant, and sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities:
· Manage capital improvement replacement and rehabilitation projects across infrastructure facilities and public rights-of-way.
· Participate in planning, design, and construction phases of infrastructure-related initiatives.
· Develop project scope, cost estimates, schedules, and long-term infrastructure planning strategies.
· Procure, administer, and oversee construction contracts and consultant engagements.
· Conduct technical reviews of engineering plans, specifications, and supporting documentation.
· Coordinate activities among operational teams, contractors, stakeholders, and technical groups.
· Ensure final documentation is properly integrated into asset management and operational systems.
· Monitor project progress, compliance requirements, risks, budgets, and performance outcomes.
· Support infrastructure reliability, system optimization, and technical alignment with organizational goals.
Required Skills:
· Strong understanding of engineering principles applicable to infrastructure and utility projects.
· Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and infrastructure development practices.
· Project management experience including planning, budgeting, coordination, and execution.
· Ability to review technical designs, specifications, and project documentation.
· Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related technical discipline.
· Approximately three years of experience in engineering, infrastructure, or related technical project work.
· Experience in design review, inspection, construction coordination, or project management.
· Experience managing consultants, contractors, or external project partners.
· Professional engineering licensure or relevant technical certifications preferred.
