April 28th-May 1st (Monday-Thursday)

May 27th-30th (Tuesday-Friday) - Clinic closed Monday due to Holiday

June 30th-July 3rd (Monday-Thursday) - Clinic closed Friday due to Holiday

July 21st-25th - (Monday-Friday)

August 18th-21st (Monday-Thursday)

September 8th-12th (Monday-Friday)

October 6th-10th (Monday-Friday)

November 3rd-7th (Monday-Friday)

December 1st-5th (Monday-Friday)

No Call

We are requesting in-person coverage. No telehealth

This locum search is open as we continue to recruit for a permanent provider

This request is for an MD to work in tandem with a 2nd secured MD 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
