We are expanding as a business and looking for a competitive Property and Casualty Insurance agent to generate new business by contacting potential customers. You will sell, solicit, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans to match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers. The goal is to build up strong relationships, to ensure growth and increase our firm's reputation.

Qualifications :

Experience

Sales 2 years (Preferred)

Phone sales 2 years (Preferred)

License :

Property & Casualty License (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Evaluate individual clients' needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
• Create marketing strategies, promote business insurance policies, and make suggestions / additions to existing policies
• Foster positive working relationships with clients, coworkers, and insurance carriers
• Develop a base for long-term sources of clients by using referrals, occupational and community groups to compile list of prospects

Requirements
