Admissions Advisor

Emory University is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join the Candler School of Theology as an Admissions Advisor. This key role focuses on recruiting for Candler's distinguished two-year master's programs, including those geared towards individuals discerning a call to vocational ministry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying and engaging prospective students, guiding them from inquiry through matriculation, and cultivating relationships with key influencers within the theological and broader academic community.

Key responsibilities include :

• Recruiting students by traveling to high schools and college recruitment fairs.
• Reviewing, analyzing, and rating applications of students applying for admission.
• Conducting information sessions for visiting students and parents, and may conduct campus tours.
• Assisting in coordinating alumni volunteer activities.
• May review and edit financial aid forms.
• Composng correspondence, and designing and generating reports.
• Maintaining communication via telephone, correspondence, and / or electronic mail with prospective students through all stages of the recruitment and admission process.
• Performing related responsibilities as required.
