Imagine a role where you:

• Lead Your Team: As Site Director, you'll be the champion of our Carmichael clinic. Supervise a team of 3 dedicated Medical Assistants, optimize workflows, and ensure a seamless, positive experience for our patients and your team. This is hands-on leadership, directly impacting operational excellence.

• Provide Follow-Up Care: Focus solely on established neurology patients - headaches, neuropathies, Parkinson's, dizziness, dementia. No new patient evaluations, no inpatient hustle, no telehealth patient visits. Just deep, focused management of 16 follow-up cases daily, supported by robust protocols and a dedicated MA to handle the legwork.

Job Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

You're an Experienced Neurology NP/PA (minimum 3 years clinical, 1 year outpatient neurology). You're not just comfortable working independently with follow-up patients; you thrive on it. You possess strong clinical judgment, exceptional organization, and a natural ability to lead and inspire a team. If you have supervisory experience, even better!

Location: Verity MD in Carmichael / Sacramento, CA

Pay Range

$176,000 - $208,000 /year
