Job Title : Scheduling Team Captain

Location : Rogers Plaza – Wyoming, MI

Job Type : Full-Time, In-Office Only

Are you detail-oriented, motivated, and ready to step into leadership?

All-Weather Seal of West Michigan is looking for a Scheduling Team Captain to help lead our scheduling operations and support our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow into a leadership position in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do as a Scheduling Team Captain :

  • Oversee and coordinate daily scheduling operations.
  • Confirm and verify leads to ensure quality and readiness.
  • Manage drive times and routing for Sales Representatives.
  • Adjust and optimize schedules by pulling, setting, and resetting leads.
  • Resolve logistical challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Communicate across departments and align with management on next-day scheduling.
  • Coach and support scheduling team members while modeling professionalism.
  • Step in to run daily operations when needed.

    • What We’re Looking For in a Scheduling Team Captain :

  • Detail-oriented and organized with leadership potential.
  • Strong communicator and problem solver.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, team-first attitude.
  • Previous leadership and / or call center experience helpful (but not required).
  • Candidates with a “C” profile in DISC often excel in this role.
