About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Acruex Health to find a qualified Echo Tech in Lawton, Oklahoma, 73505!

Pay Rate : $52.00 - $56.00 / Hourly.

Summary : Operating imaging equipment, and reviewing images to be sure they are of good quality and helpful for diagnosis. Identifying normal and abnormal imaging results, communicating a summary of the results to physicians or other health professionals, and alerting physicians to urgent problems.

Locals accepted at lower rate

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine and detailed echocardiograms (2D, Doppler, color flow).
• Prepare and position patients; explain procedures clearly.
• Assist with stress echocardiograms and TEEs as needed.
• Record measurements and submit images for cardiologist review.
• Maintain and clean ultrasound equipment and probes.
• Document exams in the electronic medical record.
