We're looking for a Consulting Manager to join our Professional Services team in our Philadelphia Office.

As a Manager in our Professional Services team, you will lead and oversee client engagements, guiding organizations through their workforce transformation journeys using the Orgvue platform. You will build and manage client relationships at senior levels, while directing project teams to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities :

• Lead complex customer projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and contractual commitments
• Build and manage high-performing project teams, providing direction, mentorship, and professional development
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders up to C-suite level
• Drive project governance and methodology, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline
• Ensure successful knowledge transfer to clients, enabling them to maximize their Orgvue investment
• Manage resource allocation and utilisation across multiple concurrent engagements
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing client accounts
• Contribute to the development and refinement of Professional Services methodologies and best practices
• Represent Orgvue at industry events and client forums as a subject matter expert
• Support business development activities including proposal development and client presentations
