Registered Nurse (RN) | Pediatric OR Location : Needham, MA Agency : Cynet Health Pay : $3,113 per week Shift Information : Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration : 13 Weeks Start Date : 1 / 4 / 2026 About the Position Job Title : Registered Nurse Profession : Nursing Specialty : Pediatric Operating Room Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day Hours per Shift : 10 hours (07 : 00 - 15 : 30) Experience : Minimum years of experience required License : Active RN license required Certifications : BLS, PALS required; ACLS preferred Must-Have : Float as needed between multiple operating room locations. Epic experience is essential. Extensive experience preferred using arthroscopy systems, instrumentation, and implants. Previous charge experience is a plus. Description : Offering 4x10 or 5x8 shifts. Potential for short call shifts until 19 : 30. Responsibilities include scrubbing and circulating in multiple service lines for the operating rooms. Primary service line will be orthopedics and sports medicine. Cases will include arthroscopies of various joints, general upper and lower extremity orthopedics, and orthopedic trauma cases. Serve as a preceptor, providing teaching, guidance, and support to staff and new team members. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for a collaborative environment.
