Primary Responsibilities and Skills:

• • • Design implement and support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services.
    • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform for automated cloud resource provisioning.
    • Build deploy and optimize applications and integrations using Python (or Java) within the AWS ecosystem.
    • Engineer and manage Amazon Connect environments including configuration of IAM Lex Lambda KMS S3 and Kinesis.
    • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/Jules and manage code repositories with Git/Bitbucket.
    • Rapidly prototype proof-of-concept solutions and scale them to production-ready systems.
    • Implement and support RESTful APIs for contact center integrations and automation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure scalable and resilient voice solutions.
    • Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure engineering automation and data fluency.
    • Support container orchestration and deployment in AWS Cloud environments.
    • Apply best practices for data security compliance and call recording in telephony platforms.
    • Stay current with AWS certifications and emerging cloud technologies.
