- Schedule : Monday-Thursday 3 : 00pm-2 : 00am, overtime as needed.
- Starting wage : $21-$25.20 dependent upon experience.
Facility Maintenance technician is responsible for facilitating day-to-day workflow, ensuring that work orders and daily tasks are processed and completed within a timely manner. They will report to the Facility Manager to make sure the building and equipment are kept in good operating standards.
Essential Functions and Duties :
Ensure Equipment / Facility work orders are completed properly and in a timely fashionMonitor and maintain cardboard and trash, as well as light janitorialAssist Facility Manger in creating / maintaining maintenance training programs and monthly maintenance schedules.Construction projects. Building tables for production, running air lines, replacing lightsComplete regular maintenance tasks quickly and professionallyConstruction projects that include but not limited to : Carpentry, dry wall repair, painting, concrete, low voltage electrical, pneumatics, welding, and fabricationInstalling and removing equipment, machinery, and light roll conveyorsReplacing and repairing; bearings, gears, bushings, chains, drive belts, sheaves, pullies, as well as drive motor alignmentPlan and prepare for upcoming and seasonal projectsAbility to work off a ladder or lift at heightsAbility to lift 50lbsEnsure workplace safety standardsOther Duties :
Monitor and Maintain cleanliness throughout the buildingOn-Call for emergenciesAssist in updating protocols and principlesBasic computer abilityComplete any additional tasks requested by Facility Manager, Production Manager, or CEO.Basic grounds maintenance and landscaping as requiredRequirements :
Education and Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of Maintenance ExperienceMaintenance tech certification preferredASAE certification preferredHVAC certificationAbility to read and understand blue prints, electrical schematics, and machine operational manualsSafe Lift operation (Pallet Jack, forklift, scissor lift)Welding and metal working experienceBasic plumbing experienceUnderstanding of SDS and Hazmat waist containmentCarpentry tool experienceBasic understanding of air compressorsKnowledge of lockout / tagout (LOTO)Benefits :
