As we continue to grow, were looking for dedicated Line Cooks who take pride in their craft and want to be part of a supportive, fast-paced kitchen team.

Position Overview :

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to our quality and presentation standards. Ideal candidates are reliable, motivated, and thrive in a busy environment. Shift Lead opportunities are available for experienced applicants looking to take the next step in their kitchen career.

What Youll Do :

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
  • Ensure all food is prepared quickly, accurately, and safely
  • Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and daily prep
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team on daily operations, specials, and new menu ideas
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Support smooth service during peak hours

What Were Looking For :

  • Previous line cook experience preferred (but were willing to train the right candidate)
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Flexible availabilityincluding nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and passion for great food
  • Leadership experience is a plus for Shift Lead roles
