Seeking a Community Growth Lead (Part-Time, Contractor) to help us build a bottoms-up, product-led growth (PLG) engine. You won’t just be posting tweets; you will be engaging directly with consultants on LinkedIn, Reddit, and communities to turn them into product evangelists.
Location : Remote (Denver preferred)
Hours : ~15–20 hours / week
The Mission
Your goal is simple : Make our company famous among individual consultants. You will own the "Viral Loop"—creating the content, conversations, and community engagement that makes a consultant say, "Wait, how did you do that so fast?" and sign up.
What You Will Do
- Own the LinkedIn & Social Presence : Translate our messaging ("Stop being a scribe") into high-engagement content (memes, carousels, hot takes) that resonates with the pain of modern consulting.
- Guerrilla Community Engagement : actively participate in consulting subreddits (r / consulting), Slack communities, and LinkedIn comment sections. Be helpful, be funny, and drop our company as the solution when the moment is right.
- Drive the "Viral Loop" : Create campaigns that encourage users to share their "Outcomes" (e.g., "I just finished a 3-day discovery in 3 hours using our product").
- Identify & Activate Micro-Influencers : Find the vocal consultants with 2k–10k followers who are tired of the grind. Get our product in their hands and get them talking.
- Feedback Loop : You are the ear to the ground. Bring feedback from the comments section back to the product team.
Who You Are
A "Consulting Native" (or close to it) : You understand the pain of "fixing slides at 2 AM" or "stakeholder misalignment." You speak the language of utilization, margin, and burn-out.PLG Native : You understand that "Community" isn't just warm fuzzy feelings; it's a funnel. You know how to track engagement to sign-ups.A Meme Lord / Content Wizard : You can take a boring B2B value prop and make it scroll-stopping. You aren't afraid to be bold, punchy, or a little controversial.Self-Starter : We are an early-stage startup. You don't need a playbook; you need to write one.Success Metrics
