The Trade Support Manager will oversee the management of the Order Management System (OMS), focusing on setup, maintenance, and optimization while ensuring trade service stability. This role includes managing client connections and inquiries, executing projects for new clients, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the OMS.

  2. Respond to day-to-day inquiries from clients.

  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance trading service stability, leveraging MTTR measurement.

  4. Identify, develop, and manage routing relationships with brokers and liquidity providers.

  5. Implement and maintain routing rules to ensure best execution.

  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding the OMS.

  7. Manage client onboardings to ensure seamless integration and high client satisfaction.

  8. Coordinate with clients and vendors to resolve execution-related issues.

  9. Oversee CAT and 606 reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  10. Maintain knowledge of regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to the OMS.

  11. Conduct best execution reviews and adjust routing as needed.

  12. Analyze execution metrics and develop strategies for improvement.

  13. Drive stability and reliability of trading services by reducing MTTR.

  14. Evaluate and recommend OMS solutions aligned with business needs.

  15. Draft and maintain standard operating procedures, including response plans for outages.

  16. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance trading support team.

  17. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in trading support, trading operations, or a related field, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.

  • Proven expertise in managing OMS, understanding routing protocols, and ensuring compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of CAT and 606 reporting, best execution practices, and MTTR measurement.

  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and project delivery.

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics, stability, and process improvement.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for execution services, reporting, and monitoring.

  • Familiarity with FIX 4.x protocol and best practices for OMS optimization.
Preferred Skills:

  • Possession of FINRA Series 57 or Series 7 license is preferred.
