Key Responsibilities
Design and execute a scalable Account Management and Renewal playbook
Own renewal and retention targets while managing account health and forecasting
Provide hands-on coaching and support to Account Managers and ISRs
Required Qualifications
10-15+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or Renewal leadership roles
Proven success in retention and expansion in healthcare or cybersecurity services
Experience managing teams of at least 8-10 people
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong operational and analytical skills with expertise in forecasting and reporting
