Reimbursement Analyst

A company is looking for an Analyst Reimbursement II.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze revenue cycle data from various sources

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators

Collaborate with teams to provide data-driven recommendations and support special projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field

1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare or revenue cycle

Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques

Familiarity with healthcare billing, coding, and payer processes is a plus
