A company is looking for a GenAI Contact Center Engineer to design, secure, and automate an AWS contact center platform.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain AWS Connect services, ensuring optimal operation and troubleshooting network issues
Enhance agent and customer experience by optimizing contact flows and managing quality metrics
Develop AI capabilities and internal tools using Python and AWS services for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience; or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect contact centers, including documentation and governance
Experience troubleshooting audio quality and network diagnostics related to WebRTC voice
Aptitude in programming, specifically with Lambda functions and cloud-based APIs
Ability to work dynamically with various teams and manage day-to-day priorities independently
