Key Responsibilities
Build and manage AWS Connect services, ensuring smooth deployment and operation
Optimize agent and customer experience through analytics and continuous improvements
Develop AI capabilities and internal tools for troubleshooting and operational dashboards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or 7+ years of relevant experience
2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect contact centers
Experience troubleshooting audio quality and network diagnostics
Aptitude in programming, including Lambda functions and AI development
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage day-to-day priorities effectively
