SRNA - Weekend

Position Overview :

We are currently seeking dedicated and empathetic State Registered Nursing Assistants (SRNAs) to join our network of healthcare professionals. As an SRNA contracted through Alto Health Care Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and more. This flexible role offers the freedom to choose your assignments based on your availability and preferences.

Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).

ssist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation.

Take and record patients' vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, as directed by the healthcare team.

ssist with the serving and feeding of patients, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.

Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a positive and comforting atmosphere.

ssist with the maintenance of a clean and safe patient care environment, including changing bed linens, tidying up patient rooms, and ensuring infection control protocols are followed.

Report any changes in patients' condition or behavior to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider.

Document care provided and observations made in accordance with facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

Completion of a state-approved State Registered Nursing Assistant (SRNA) training program.

Current and valid SRNA certification in the state(s) of practice.

Previous experience as an SRNA in a healthcare setting preferred.
