Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Job Summary

We’re expanding our virtual care program and seeking licensed therapists across Tennessee. In this role, you’ll help clients navigate personal and emotional challenges, offering counseling that’s both accessible and effective. You’ll enjoy a predictable schedule, steady income, and the freedom to provide care remotely.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
  • Salary : $100,000 – $110,000 annually
  • Benefits included

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
  • Build client-centered treatment plans
  • Track outcomes and adjust care when needed
  • Document services accurately in compliance with standards
  • Collaborate virtually with other providers

    • Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
  • Active Tennessee license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • At least 2 years of clinical therapy experience
  • Skilled in remote care delivery
