Field Marketing Manager

The Field Marketing Manager will play a dual role : driving field marketing execution for events and sales enablement, and managing One Model's Evangelist Advocacy Program by connecting with industry influencers and coordinating partnerships. This role requires a mix of hands-on execution, team coordination, and strategic program management to ensure seamless event delivery, sales support, and influencer engagement.

Field Marketing & Event Execution :

• Plan, manage, and oversee logistics for One Model field marketing events including conferences, sponsored dinners, and webinars.
• Work with internal team and external vendors for collateral and swag production and distribution.
• Support Account Executives (AEs) with event needs, including scouting and booking venues for dinners, setting up registration / RSVP pages, coordinating catering / AV, and tracking attendance.
• Coordinate pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up, including distributing attendee lists, video assets, and other materials to the team.
• Ability to travel periodically (with advance notice) to attend and manage multi-day work events and conferences.

Base Salary Range $120,000 - $140,000 USD
