State Licensed Deputy General Counsel

A company is looking for a Vice President Deputy General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the lead legal advisor for healthcare technology and oversee compliance with relevant regulations

Lead the legal framework for enterprise data governance, privacy, and data ethics

Manage a high-performing legal team and provide strategic updates to senior leadership on legal risks and compliance matters

Required Qualifications

A Juris Doctorate Degree with a valid license to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction

A minimum of 12 years of post-law licensure experience with management and leadership roles

Strong understanding of Medicaid managed care, pharmacy benefit management, and healthcare regulations

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated integrity and strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration
