The Valleywide Companies are expanding and looking for dependable Construction Laborers to join our crews. We complete a wide range of earthwork, grading, drainage, utility, and concrete projects throughout the Phoenix area.

If you want steady work, a solid team, and opportunities to grow, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Shoveling, raking, trench cleanouts
  • Backfilling, compacting, and jobsite cleanup
  • Spotting equipment and assisting operators
  • Assisting with drainage, underground utilities, and site prep
  • Following all safety guidelines
  • Helping with forms, rebar, and prep work
  • Assisting finishers with pours
  • Mixing, moving, and placing concrete materials
  • Jobsite cleanup and material handling

    • Requirements

  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Valid drivers license preferred
  • Construction experience is a bonus (not required, we train motivated individuals
  • Can pass a federal background check
  • Can pass a drug test
  • Type : Full-Time

    • Location : Phoenix Metro

    Pay : $18.00 a hour
